See the power of positive feedback loops between life and quilting put to use, and leave feeling inspired and ready to document your days through quilt-making, one attainable goal at a time.

Workshop: Off the Beaten Path Piecing with Improv Mountains (Online)

Friday May 2nd, 2025, 9:30-4:00 PM

Set off fearlessly with Kitty as she teaches you how to piece an improv mountain range wall hanging, full of adventurous skill building. In sewing the unique and nestled mountains, you will learn how to piece gentle improv curves, precise thin strips, and how to think through the orderof operations when piecing more complex blocks. Kitty will demonstrate how some pre-planning can set you up for success with off the beaten path designs. Playing with both color gradients and creative piecing methods, you will leave with more confidence to dive into improvisationally pieced quilt construction, ready to head off the grid and embrace the adventure!

This workshop will include a handout with instructions. No additional pattern is required. The workshop will be recorded, only for students who sign up but are unable to attend some/all of the workshop.
