Both locations can be used for sandwiching your own quilts, so you can book a time to come to do this at either location. It’s great to have help with sandwiching!

We are also pleased to continue our virtual Zoom Sew Alongs (no attendance limits) that take place every Tuesday and Saturday morning from 10 am to 12 noon. Yes, there will be both in-person and virtual CQ meetings on Tuesdays in 2023!

Pieceful Night Quilters Guild of North Toronto

The Pieceful Night Quilters Guild will be closing its doors in June 2024. Their goal is to make their last year a memorable one with a celebratory feel.  It’s their hope that they are able to connect with past PNQG members (who are YHQG members) as well as any quilters who might want to come as a guest (or join for the last year) to hear their program of 8 high calibre speakers.

Click here to see their program of speakers for their last year.

Mission Statement
The mission of our guild is to:

  • enhance the knowledge of quilting within the group and the community
  • preserve quilting as an art form
  • establish, maintain and upgrade quilting standards
  • to encourage an exchange of ideas and methods
  • participate in community projects

We do this by bringing talented and creative quilt designers as speakers and to teach their special skills in workshops; by providing access to a large library of quilting and quilt-related books, magazines, and videos; by putting people together who share a passion for quilting in a warm and open environment at our monthly meetings and other scheduled events; and by hosting challenges, charity quilting bees, quilt shows and many other events and activities which provide opportunities for members to expand their knowledge and skills.
