Rules and Regulations

Here are the Rules and Regulations for Celebration of Quilts XIII. More questions? Contact Jane Cramer via email.

  • Each full size booth will include 1 8 ft table, 1 5 ft table, and 2 chairs (opting for smaller booth? check with Jane for details)
  • Vendors will be located in the entrance hall, Studios, and the Garden Hall
  • Vendors will be able to bring additional display furniture, extension cords and power bars Wifi password will be provided
  • The Toronto Botanical Garden will be open for vendor set-up onThursday November 9th from 10 am to 5 pm. Further instructions regarding signing in and loading areas will be provided closer to the show date.
  • Vendors in the entrance hall will set up Thursday evening after the Farmers’ Market closes at 7 pm or before opening time of the show on Friday November 10th at 10 am.
  • Vendor booth areas will be taped off and labeled by company name. These borders may not be moved or altered.
  • Vendors in the upstairs Studio area will be sent information about elevator capacity and size of furniture that can be loaded. Use of the elevator will be monitored to prevent damage and congestion.
  • Vendors are required to be at the show on Friday Nov 10th from 10 am until close of show at 7 pm, and on Saturday Nov 11th from 10 am to closing at 5 pm.
  • Booths will be dismantled after the show has closed on Saturday at 5 pm. You must vacate the building by 7:30 pm.
  • You may not sublet your space
  • Your space is confirmed when we receive payment.  There will be no refunds for booth frees after May 31, 2017.
  • If  you plan to do in-booth demos or special promotions, we will advertise that information online and in our show brochure. Forward this information to Jane Cramer by May 31, 2017.
