Support Our Vendors

As you all know, shops selling quilt supplies are not “essential businesses” (the government should ask quilters about that!). At a time when we are all spending more time with our sewing machines, losing access to our bricks and mortar stores is a real trial. Hard as it is for us quilters, it’s even harder for the shops, which are losing a significant part of their trade.

There is, however, a solution!

All of the vendors who have supported (and continue to support) York Heritage are operating on-line ordering. Some will accept orders over the phone.

We encourage you to support our vendors at this time; we want them to stay in business so they can help us indulge our passion!

Please keep in mind that, due to social distancing, a lot of shops only have one person working at a time, so be patient with them! It will likely not be next day (or even next next day!) service.

About jmStitching

A love of stitching has been inherited from my mother and grandmother. I can’t remember a time when I didn’t have at least a couple of stitching projects underway. Whether it’s by hand or machine, there are always new projects I’d like to try or fibres I’d like to experiment with…and a few projects waiting to be finished!
