What an exciting evening we had!  Our meeting was abuzz- friends to re-connect with, workshops to sign up for, fabric and books for sale, tons of community quilting to work on.

Celeste Compion of Meerkat Trading gave a talk on the history of Shweshwe fabrics, unique to South Africa. They make wonderful clothes as well as quilts, check out the outfit!
